Ishola F. Bakare (Executive Director)
Foley Ishola is a qualified Social Worker with over 10 years of working within Children Services, young People in transition and young adults with learning disabilities. Foley has a vast experience with particular expertise of working with young people who can present as difficult to engage. Foley has worked with various Local Authorities, Family Intervention projects and alongside Youth Offending Teams and he is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people. Foley is registered with Health and Care Professions Council and he is a family man with children.
Stella Bakare (Director)
Stella Bakare holds a Master of Social Work qualification with a vast experience in working with vulnerable young people including Children Looked After and those leaving care. Stella has worked with different Local Authorities in various capacities and has particular expertise in working with children with disabilities, children looked after and young people in transition. Stella has also worked with Cafcass championing the interest of children in the Court arena and she has a passion for achieving the best outcomes for children and young people. Stella is registered with Health and Care Professions Council and she is a busy mother with three children.

An annual appraisal system is in place in order to assess competence, areas of expertise and experience and to identify training and development needs. We also provide our staff with structured management supervision sessions to ensure that they are working to high standards and are able to deliver support that are outcome focussed. We are constantly reviewing our service to ensure we continue to deliver high quality standard of service and that our staff training is constantly updated to meet the needs of our young people.
