At Safe Haven Services we understand that every young person is unique. Each person’s need is different and some young people may require more support than others.
We operate a key work system which ensures every young person has a named staff member who would work closely with them and be their main contact.
Our service is targeted to support young indigenous and unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children aged 16-18 who are making the transition from care to independence including those who may still require additional care and support.
How We WorkSafe Haven Services offer a tiered support package starting with a basic support package.
Every effort will be made to ensure that each young person is in education, training or employment.
Staff ensure that each young person has access to appropriate and reasonable resources.
Staff take reasonable steps to ensure that young people work in a safe and legal environment.
Our Homes are located in Southend and Westcliff-on-Sea. Both facilities are mixed gender 24 hours staffing five-bed units set in residential areas.

Our units are located close to local facilities including shops, local colleges, hospitals, library and good transport links across Southend, Thurrock, Essex and London.
